ORGANIZE THE QI FIELD

People become aware of imbalances when they have depleted their Personal Qi. Qigong uses Universal Qi to increase Personal Qi, preventing us from becoming sick in the first place. Contact Ruth to find out what classes are available. You may receive long-distance healing, attend workshops, and private or small group sessions. Whether for stress relief or body enhancement, qigong is a highly enjoyable endeavor!

LIFT QI UP AND POUR QI DOWN
This foundational Zhineng method is a moving form in which the student learns to exchange qi with the Universe and bring qi into the body. Slow movements and visualization bring about a meditative state relaxing the mind and removing blockages to heal body and mind.

CHEN QI
Arms are kept straight and the heels of the palms at waist level.  Use the shoulders to bring the arms to pinch inward and upward diagonally.
This practice decreases shoulder tightness, headaches and neck pain and increases concentration.

LA QI AND FA QI
La qi is for healing yourself and fa qi is sending healing to others.
In la qi you are opening and closing using the hands parallel from each other to gather qi and place this qi, then, in your lower dantien. Ruth has training in long-distance healing (Fa Qi ) in this and other systems.

Zhineng Qigong is known under different trademarks such as Chilel, Wisdom Healing and Chineng Qigong.

The methods of 19 Grandmasters or more were studied and analyzed and created into a cohesive system by Dr. Pang. Qigong originated in China 5000-7000 years ago. (Most people have heard of Tai Chi,which is a martial arts practice that does increase flexibility, but not of Qigong). Qigong is a medical health practice with simpler movements than Tai Chi.

“We cultivate our own life energy through accessing nature’s great store of life energy(qi). This approach produces quick results. But cultivating one’s qi is not the most fundamental; cultivating one’s spirit is. Mastery of qi is achieved through mastery of consciousness. We use consciousness in a careful, craftsman-like way, to shape our life, to attain our goals.  If we use modern terminology to name this process,  we call it qigong…”
Dr. Pang Ming ,  creator of Zhineng Qigong
